Time management is the process of planning,  Executing and controlling of time spent on specific activities, especially to work and increasing productivity of the work.
The term Time Management is the process of planning, Controlling. How much time you have to spend on your specific activities. We all get 24hrs but how to manage your time is all depends on skills, self-analysis, planning, self-control. Time management leads to improved efficiency and productivity.
Finding time management that works best for you depends on your personality, ability, self-motivate and level of self-discipline. Effective time management enables you to plan and perform the daily task within set deadlines.

  1. Planing and listing of our Daily Activity

               Ask some question From yourself
  • How much time do I spend on Social media?
  • How much time do I study?
  • How much time do I spend with friends?
  • How much time do I spend with family?
  • How much time do I give myself?

You have to Organize yourself for better approaching. You must learn what is more important for your goals.

Just ask yourself-
  • -spending time on Social Media is really effective for me? 
  • -Am I learning anything from social media? 
  • -Is it useful for me?
When you find out the answers to these questions, to some extent you are going in the right direction. 
From the beginning of the day, you have to plan all your activities what to do, what next your plan is to make a list, and the most important thing is to execute your plan at a given time.
  • - Spending time on Social media is not bad but what you learn from it is the main purpose you have to keep in your mind to achieve your goal, rather than enjoying social stuff. 
  • - You have to focus on your study, spending time on social media, friends, is another thing, make a study plan for your daily routine. Your study plan is all about helping you be more efficient and productive. If you find that it’s not working don’t get discouraged. It’s ok to make changes as you figure out what work is best for you.
  • - We all know friends are the gems of life, spending time with friends makes you feel stress-free, we all are familiar with the friendly atmosphere so having time with them is on a different level, but first, you have to think about your life, carrier, goals. Spending time with your friends is not an offense but manage your time.
  

-  Family is a part of our life, whatever we do is for our family, if you achieve success, to give a good life to your family. So spend some time with your family members, keep sharing your thoughts, ideas, what you will do because they all want you to be successful. 

-  Spend some time with yourself do exercise, meditation, read books, keep motivated yourself before starting your work. 






  1. Distributing time period of each activity
            
          The first thing you have to keep in your mind is that you have to divide each activity in a       particular manner, schedule your activities and execute it according to your plan
  • Start your day with exercise, meditation, read some books.
  • Make time to study at least 3-4hr 
  • Spend some time with your friends, play some games.
  • Spend time with family members at least spend a minimum 1hr with your family members.






  1. Implementing

           Execute all your activities at a particular time, keep executing all your daily activities in a cyclic mode.
Manage your time in a proper manner for all your activities. No one can do anything until you are not taking any initiative.
